Libraries

The junior, middle and senior school libraries are located centrally in the school to facilitate ease of access. The libraries have a great collection of fiction, non-fiction and reference books. A wide range of books aim to help children discover the joy of reading. An extensive reference section helps them work on multi-dimensional projects. In addition, there are resource books for teachers to help them keep updated with new advancements in the field of education and their respective subjects. The goal of the school library is to ensure that all members of the school get equitable access to books.

Junior School Library
The junior school library is a knowledge hub not only for children but also for parents and visitors, who have always shown great interest in the reading culture of our little ones. The library is very spacious. It is equipped with a large number of books and periodicals covering illustrated story books, colourful encyclopaedias and informative reference books. It is facilitated with an audio-visual room with a large TV screen and a circular open enclosure for storytelling. The idea of the reading programme in the junior school library is to develop children’s interest in books, improve their reading skills, foster team spirit, arouse curiosity, and give them an opportunity to explore and enjoy reading.

Middle School Library
The middle school library caters to the needs of students from Classes VI to VIII and serves as a resource centre for the staff members. It has a collection of more than 25,000 books and 20 periodicals. Educational multimedia to complement teaching is also available. The school library has access to a variety of resources and also uses the internet to gather the required information. It provides children with the opportunity to explore the world created by authors through fiction and inspires them with autobiographies and biographies of leaders across fields. Students also use the library for research work and for collaborative projects.

Senior School Library
The senior school library caters to the needs of students from Classes XI to XII and serves as a resource centre for the staff members. It has a collection of more than 25,000 books and 20 periodicals. Educational multimedia to complement teaching is also available here. The school library has access to a variety of resources and uses the internet to gather information.
